Artist Statement:

The images here are excerpted from a larger ongoing project—one that has not been thematically circumscribed (as per convention) but instead sprawls and is in equal parts both personal and documentary. My hope has been to produce a decent photograph—a photograph that acknowledges the medium’s allegiance to reality and that preserves for myself and others a unique and honest sense of the subject.
